One of the standout features of the Green Pin^® ROV Pro Shank Hook is its 3-in-1 functional add-on, which can be operated with a ROV manipulator and manually. This add-on allows users to efficiently open, lock, and unlock the safety latch, enhancing operational speed, safety and reliability. Furthermore, the hook is equipped with a tip extension that ensures the safety latch remains in place, enhancing safety and precision during operations. Improved Green Pin^® ROV Shank Hook E GR8

We are also excited to present the improved Green Pin^® ROV Shank Hook E GR8 (P-6740), a versatile and robust solution for your subsea operations. While it features the same reliable hook design as the Green Pin^® ROV Pro Shank Hook, this updated version does not come with the 3-in-1 functional add-on found on the Pro model. This makes it an excellent choice for projects that require high performance without the need for extra features.

Subsea environments

Both hooks are a grade 8 eye hook with a long shank, specifically designed for release and retrieval operations in subsea environments using a ROV. Featuring a wider opening, wider saddle and higher Working Load Limit (WLL), it is ideal for handling larger lifting slings or attachments with ease. The white-coated hook and orange-coated slider ensure durability and improve underwater visibility, simplifying the process of grabbing and positioning the hook even in harsh subsea conditions. The design of the hook, combined with its smooth finish, minimizes wear on lifting slings.
