Green Pin^® Bow Shackle SCP

The Green Pin^® Bow Shackle SCP is a standard bow shackle featuring a slimmer shackle screw bolt with a cotter pin. Its compact design makes the shackle particularly suitable for lifting operations in restricted or hard-to-access areas for load connection, allowing for quicker installation and dismantling during repeated, routine lifts. The shackle offers a double safety (screw bolt and cotter pin), preventing accidental unscrewing of the bolt while requiring fewer components compared to conventional safety bolt bow shackles with a nut and bolt. The reduced number of components, combined with the screw bolt design, minimizes the risk of dropped or lost parts during installation and use. The galvanized body and pin ensure long-term durability against corrosion and other harsh environmental conditions. Thanks to its unique screw bolt design, the Green Pin^® Bow Shackle SCP combines the benefits of both screw pin and safety bolt bow shackles, providing a higher level of safety for general lifting, pulling, and load securing operations, including situations where side loading may occur. The Green Pin^® Bow Shackle SCP is available in a range with a working load limit from 4.75 up to 9.5 ton and is suitable for use in sectors such as energy, construction, maintenance, offshore, and onshore. The Green Pin^® Bow Shackle SCP introduces a new type of bow shackle to the market, combining the characteristics of both screw pin and safety bolt (double safety) shackles in a single solution.
