Le crochet à tige Green Pin® ROV Pro est un crochet à oil de grade 8 avec une longue tige, spécialement conçu pour les opérations de largage et de récupération dans les environnements sous-marins à l'aide d'un ROV (remotely operated vehicle, véhicule sous-marin téléguidé). Le crochet dispose d'une plus large ouverture et d'une plus grande selle, il est donc parfait pour la manipulation de fixations ou d'élingues de levage de plus grande taille.L'une des principales innovations du crochet à tige Green Pin® ROV Pro réside dans son accessoire fonctionnel trois-en-un, qui peut être utilisé manuellement ou avec un manipulateur ROV. L'accessoire permet à l'utilisateur d'ouvrir, de verrouiller et de déverrouiller efficacement le linguet de sécurité, ce qui améliore la fiabilité et la vitesse des opérations.Le crochet est équipé d'une extension à la pointe du crochet. The product is primarily designed for subsea ROV deployment, but it can also be manually operated for shallow water applications and controlled surface testing.

We recommend using Loctite 243 for bolt fixation. It provides medium-strength thread-locking, ideal for subsea applications and allows for later disassembly if required.

7. What does OLU stand for?

Open, Lock and Unlock. This is a visual aid on the LOK that helps indicate the operational status of the safety latch.

  • Open latch (O)

This position could be used to release loads

  • Lock latch (L)

The latch is locked automatically by the slider system

  • Unlock Latch (U)

This position could be used to retrieve loads
