The managements of Van Beest International BV and Forges de l’Eminée S.A. announce that Van Beest has acquired 100% of the shares of her trade companion Forges de l’Eminée. Forges de l’Eminée is based in Celles sur Durolle (France) and manufactures an extensive program of chain accessories, like grade 80 and grade 100 hooks. These are sold under the brand name "Excel"
