Production
 | At VAN BEEST BV we manufacture Green Pin® shackles at our plant in Holland. |
 | The eyes are forged at a temperature of about 950 °C. |
 | In between the different stages of production, the semi-finished products are stored on the factory yard. |
 | The bar with its two eyes, is heated again and bent in its final shape. |
 | The pins and their threadings are made with great care to secure a tight fit in the shackle body. |
 | The basis of a quality product lies with the machine tools. These tools are made in our own toolshop. |
